제가 SSN만들러 갈때는 직접 SSN office가서 만들었는데. 요즘은 이런것도 있나보네요.

It should have included the phrase: ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE A JOB OR
ASSISTANTSHIP. OTHER STUDENTS, WHO DO NOT HAVE EMPLOYMENT, ARE NOT
ELIGIBLE FOR THE SSN.
